Guarantee

The manufacturer's guarantee on new products is 12 months, unless the information on the product page says otherwise. Send the faulty product to us and we will contact the manufacturer. Exceptions are services and consumable products such as hygiene masks, box, clips and similar accessories.

The guarantee covers defects and faults, see our shop terms and conditions for details.

Please send an e-mail to support@techvers.eu with your order number and a detailed description of the problem. Our specialists will respond within a short time, providing further guidance.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the warranty after purchase. However, some products are offered with an extended warranty option at the time of purchase.

No, you do not need to have an account. Simply report the problem to our email address: support@techvers.eu and our staff will deal with your request.

According to Polish law, the basis for a complaint is the proof of purchase - this can be a receipt or an invoice.

Unfortunately, responsibility for the product after delivery passes to the buyer, which means that we cannot help in the event of theft.

RETURNS

Of course! As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. 

The conditions for a trader to withdraw from a contract are strictly defined in the VI section of the shop rules.

The product must be well packed and protected. Use additional transport packaging to avoid damage.

If your product arrives damaged, it may no longer be covered by the guarantee. Pack your product well.

You can place an order through our website by adding individual products to your basket, or by contacting us by email or telephone.

Of course! For companies outside of Poland, we invoice with zero VAT.
