WARRANTY

The manufacturer’s warranty for new products lasts 12 months, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Return the faulty product to us, and we’ll contact the manufacturer. This does not apply to services or consumable products such as hygiene masks, boxes, clips, and similar accessories.

Absolutely! As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The terms for cancellation by businesses are specified in Section VI of the store’s terms and conditions.

The product must be well-packed and secured. Use additional shipping packaging to prevent damage. If the product arrives damaged, it may no longer be under warranty. Pack your product properly.
